A Workspace Design for your Culture
If you are not Google, why would you design a workspace to look like Google? Today’s businesses are rapidly transforming and realigning with others. Whether a merger has occurred, a downsizing or a new business initiative there is usually a consideration to change, move, or add new office space. And employees, who bring their whole selves to work, are looking for flexible work environments that accommodate their wellness and the changes in the way they work. Smart leaders are thinking about their organizational culture before they start designing a new office space because they know it pays dividends in increased productivity, improved morale, and quick integration into new workspace environments.
