Experience Strategy (workplace strategy 2.0)

We work with innovative teams within an organization who aren’t served by the ‘norm’, who need something transformational to achieve their goals.  These groups are ready to explore more specific, interdisciplinary, complex issues.  In these situations, utilization of seats and sf/seat are outcomes, not drivers.

  • We address culture and business alignment that can be custom fit, where resources can be allocated to prototype novel ideas.  Space is one lever to pull, but it is truly integrated with other business changes.  We will identify these areas of opportunity and develop concepts for solving them.
  • We will create experience strategies that can become future change drivers for the larger organization. This is the opposite of trying to solve something for everyone at once which doesn’t push the norm.

Workplace Effectiveness Assessments

  • We want to assess how well the goals were achieved (post occupancy) and help deliver on the last mile—the things that may have been missed or only partially realized during the relocation project was completed.
  • We draw upon expertise in design, culture, management, and user tech experience to build the muscle in the organization to continue on that path.
    • The value comes from demonstrating the long-term investment in employees.
    • The value comes from fixing the things that impact day to day employee experience.
